I own an 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK. I have to replace my old cat because it was throwing a code. Get this new catalytic converter part installed, I found the flow is higher than the old one. The install was huge challenge because I did everything myself on the ground with Jack stands maxed out under the front chassis. I had to completely drop the transmission cross member to remove and install the new exhaust. Everything matched up perfectly, I have no complaints about shipping and product quality.

This item fit my 2003 Z66 Avalanche 2wd perfectly. When installing it you need to put the passenger side on first and only thread the securing nuts a few threads to hold it up then do the same with the driver side, once they're both secured and won't fall on your face you want to put the two pieces together with some exhaust sealant (not included), and the provided clamp. Once you have that secure and tight let it cure for 3 to 5 minutes then tighten the bolts to the exhaust manifold all the way. what this does is it pulls the engine a little bit on the rubber engine mounts but if you bolt them up all the way first and then try to connect them it will have a gap. My insulation went perfect no exhaust leaks.

I bought a 2007 Honda Accord LX and it failed emissions testing here in Denver area. I bought this catalytic converter and, it was a perfect fit and included all the gaskets and hardware, it required a bit of experience to get the old cat off. The old heat shield needed a little modification with tin snips. After the new cat was installed, I drove the car for several drive cycles and cleared the pre-existing P0420 OBD2 diagnostic code. I passed the emissions retest. This honda catalytic converter was a very good price and it is working perfectly.

I used this car catalytic converter for a 1995 ram 1500 with the 5.9 magnum. The only difference between oem and this one is that the space between the exhaust headers is a tad smaller. 1 down to 3/4 if i remember. What i really liked is there is 2 bungs for o2 sensors. Over all size and length is the same.
